Not all of Warlderia was controlled or influenced by the Higher Races. In some areas Man survived untouched while in others they developed their own perception of the world. These so called savages have their own vibrant and enduring cultures.
In other lands they worship dragons, demons and a whole range of men and monsters. In the so called civilised lands the old beliefs are still kept even though not condoned by either Empire. Not is all as it seems.
